POPilates, by Cassey Ho, is a Dance on the Mat and has been an Internet Phenomenon for over 7 years. This class offers a total body work out to POPular music, with a focus on Pilates and Yoga and just a touch of Cardio, Upper torso toning and flexibility training. POP is FUN and coached to all levels of core fitness.
YOGALATES
Yogalates combines the power and majesty of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with the dynamic, strengthening movements of mat-based Pilates. This connection between Yoga and Pilates is the perfect balance between stretching and core strengthening. The class provides a wonderful workout for all ages and fitness levels
MIXED LEVEL YOGA / VINYASA FLOW
Mixed Level-Good for all levels of Yogi while instructor teaches various levels of intensity and progressions of poses, moving through the mountains and valleys of Warm Up, Sun Salutations, Warrior Poses, Hip Openers, Floor/Core work, Cool Down and Final Relaxation.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
A nice warm class that allows the muscles to relax and open up with less stress or strain. This class is great for all levels and it provides slow movements, sweet holds, and leaves the body feeling delicious.
BEGINNER YOGA
An introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, as well as personal awareness. Provides you with the terminology to prepare you for other yoga classes.

PILATES REFORMER
In a Reformer class clients will combine their own body weight with spring resistance allowing for fluid movements that focus on eccentric muscle contractions. A new dimension of movement is introduced as positions used on the Reformer include kneeling and standing
POWER YOGA / HOT POWER YOGA
Until you have tried a Power Yoga, you may not even know the level of physical capacity that you are capable of obtaining. This practice will warm you up gradually and safely, then lead you through a faster paced Yoga practice that adds an extra element of core and upper body strength with cardiovascular conditioning.
YOGA SCULPT
This practice uses the basics of Vinyasa, Athletic, and light hand weights, in a Pilates-based Yoga to sculpt the total body from head to toe for contour and endurance of all major, minor and cardiovascular muscle groups.
YOGA FOR RECOVERY
This is the perfect practice for the aging adult, senior, pre or post-partum, those initiating an exercise program for the first time or returning after a break, recovering from injury or surgery, or those Yogis, that for any reason, need to take it slow and easy. Your instructor will offer on a longer, slower warm up period, large range of motion movements for suppling joints, shorter holds in poses, periodic rest and recovery breaks, safe and effective flexibility work and relaxation exercises.

Excellent for learning to perfect balance, body alignment and breathing techniques taking the beginning Yogi to the next level. Not necessarily for the first timer.
HATHA YOGA

CANDLELIGHT YOGA
Enjoy a candlelight ambiance and a full body workout engaging in a gentle, slower paced yoga practice. The longer holds with smooth transitions will allow your body to gain heat, strength, and flexibility allowing your body to relax and rejuvenate. Traditional yoga postures and breath work , including gentle sun salutations, standing balance, core work, and seated flexibility poses, will allow your body to gain the great benefits of yoga. Great for beginners and more advanced students that can take the poses to their own level.
