TOTAL BODY WEIGHT LIFTING / MUSCLE

A strength training class that includes minimal choreography and various equipment that will give you maximal results. Improve cardiovascular, muscle endurance, and strength in this fun and challenging class.

PUMP

This barbell class will help tone and strengthen your body. Using resistance training with low weight and high repetitions will help you burn fat, gain strength and produce lean body muscle.

CIRCUIT

A combination of cardio, strength, agility, and power movements wrapped up into a circuit format. Modifications are provided and participants have control of how fast they move throughout the class. Come check it out.

CORE

This is a 30 min. intense CORE workout with just the right touch of flexibility work to enhance your fitness for whatever athletic endeavors that you pursue.

CIRCUIT 60

60 mins of cardio, strength, power, agility core and balance performed using a variety of tools for a specified period of time or repetitions. In Group X room.

DRUMSTICKS

This class is for all ages an exciting new way to workout. You will have fun as you work the entire body. Learn how to drum on a ball and the floor while using drumsticks. Burn about 700 calories a class.

This class is inspired by disciplines such as ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It's an intensive body shaping experience using holds, isometric movements, core work, and stretching to strengthen, tone, and shape the muscles. No barre, shoes, or heavy weights required.

BOOTY BARRE® PLUS

Created by Tracey Mallett, The Booty Barre is inspired by disciplines such as ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It's a high energy, intensive total body shaping experience using holds, isometric movements, core work, and stretching to strengthen, tone, and shape the muscles, with just the right amount of Cardio Benefit. No shoes, or heavy weights required.

BARRE INTENSITY®

This class combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training.  We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body moves to bring cardio together and make every minute count.  This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

TURBOKICK LIVE BY BEACH BODY

A fast, upbeat kickboxing class that incorporates various combinations of punches and kicks in a great cardio strength workout.

TABATA

Tabata features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.

CARDIO BOSU

Cardio Bosu is a total Body conditioning class including cardiovascular conditioning, weight-baring and resistance strength training, utilizing dumbbells, barbells and other toning tools.  You will also build your core strength thru balance work using the Bosu Ball in various ways.  The variety in this class always offers a FUN and thorough work out where you will not even realize you are working out.

KICKBOXING

A hi-intensity kickboxing class that incorporates various combinations of punches, kicks and fast footwork to take your cardio workout to the next level.

STEP

This is a total-body workout that uses steps set up at different heights for a fresh approach to old moves and an opportunity to infuse new energy into classes.

INSANITY LIVE BY BEACH BODY®

This class uses a method called Max Interval Training. It's not your typical interval workout. You'll do cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. It all happens in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest so you can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.

Instructors guide participants through workout phases that include warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool downs. Participants are in control of their resistance to make it as challenging as they want. Indoor cycling bikes have toe clips so that tennis shoes can be worn, but pedals work with cycle shoes as well.

CYCLE CORE

Instructors guide participants through workout phases that include warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool downs. Focus is on Core strength and cardio. Participants are in control of their resistance to make it as challenging as they want. CYCLE SCULPT

Instructors guide participants through workout phases that include warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool downs. Use of light weight are used to sculpt upper body as well. Participants are in control of their resistance to make it as challenging as they want. Indoor cycling bikes have toe clips so that tennis shoes can be worn, but pedals work with cycle shoes as well.  LONE TREE, BROOMFIELD

CYCLE INTERVAL

Instructors guide participants through workout phases that include warm-up, steady up-tempo AND cardio intervals with sprints, climbs, and then a cool down. Participants are in control of their resistance to make it as challenging as they want. Indoor cycling bikes have toe clips so that tennis shoes can be worn, but pedals work with cycle shoes as well.

CYCLE CIRCUIT

Class begins in the cycle room for warm up and cardio. Then moves into the Group Exercise area to perform a Plyo and strength circuit and returning to the cycle room for sprints.  The format then moves back to the group exercise are to finish with another plyo/strength circuit.

RIP AND RIDE

A combination of cycling and core.  We ride for 30 minutes then rip the core for 25 minutes and finish with some stretching!

HIIT CYCLE

HIIT Cycling is a 45 minute format utilizing the classic High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) methodology; a form of interval training which uses short periods of high intensity, anaerobic exercise followed by shorts periods of recovery. HIIT training offers both aerobic and metabolic benefits, bringing about similar physiological adaptations to a traditional, endurance-based training program, but without the necessary time commitment, while also burning fat more effectively. CHERRY CREEK

This class is broken into 3 different segments that include cardiovascular training, resistance training, and core training. Each segment lasts about 20 minutes and will make you sweat as time flies by!

HIIT

A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class combines strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

TREAD AND SHRED

Cardio interval training on the treadmill including endurance, strength, sprints and core.

TREAD

This is a 60 minute treadmill based class.  We do intervals on and off the treadmill.  Cardio running and hill climbs on the tread with handheld weights or body weight strength intervals off the tread.  Sure to give you both a cardiovascular AND muscle toning workout.

360 SHRED

360 degrees of strength, agility and power moves including athletic drills and intervals.

FOUNDATIONS

TRX

Safely perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries, all using your own body weight on the TRX suspensions system.

BOOT CAMP

Work out in a small group setting with a Personal Trainer to increase strength, stability, stamina, power, agility, flexibility, and core strength by doing progressive exercise techniques using a variety of equipment.

TRUKOMBAT

One hour of technical Kick Boxing work including heavy bags, thai pad, focus mitts, etc. Strong instruction from a certified, experienced Martial Arts and Self Defense Professional.  You will not only receive an excellent cardio workout from this class, but will gain flexibility and strength while learning and practicing self-defense techniques.  This workout will also provide amazing core strengthening work in between functional exercises.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING W/PT

Join a Certified Personal Training for a small group training sessions in the functional area with others in a "Boot Camp" similar format.  Additional fee applies.

YOGALATES

Yogalates combines the power and majesty of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with the dynamic, strengthening movements of mat-based Pilates. This connection between Yoga and Pilates is the perfect balance between stretching and core strengthening. The class provides a wonderful workout for all ages and fitness levels

MIXED LEVEL YOGA / VINYASA FLOW

Mixed Level-Good for all levels of Yogi while instructor teaches various levels of intensity and progressions of poses, moving through the mountains and valleys of Warm Up, Sun Salutations, Warrior Poses, Hip Openers, Floor/Core work, Cool Down and Final Relaxation.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

PILATES REFORMER

In a Reformer class clients will combine their own body weight with spring resistance allowing for fluid movements that focus on eccentric muscle contractions. A new dimension of movement is introduced as positions used on the Reformer include kneeling and standing

POWER YOGA / HOT POWER YOGA

Until you have tried a Power Yoga, you may not even know the level of physical capacity that you are capable of obtaining. This practice will warm you up gradually and safely, then lead you through a faster paced Yoga practice that adds an extra element of core and upper body strength with cardiovascular conditioning.

YOGA SCULPT

This practice uses the basics of Vinyasa, Athletic, and light hand weights, in a Pilates-based Yoga to sculpt the total body from head to toe for contour and endurance of all major, minor and cardiovascular muscle groups.

YOGA FOR RECOVERY

This is the perfect practice for the aging adult, senior, pre or post-partum, those initiating an exercise program for the first time or returning after a break, recovering from injury or surgery, or those Yogis, that for any reason, need to take it slow and easy. Your instructor will offer on a longer, slower warm up period, large range of motion movements for suppling joints, shorter holds in poses, periodic rest and recovery breaks, safe and effective flexibility work and relaxation exercises.

CANDLELIGHT YOGA

Enjoy a candlelight ambiance and a full body workout engaging in a gentle, slower paced yoga practice.  The longer holds with smooth transitions will allow your body to gain heat, strength, and flexibility allowing your body to relax and rejuvenate. Traditional yoga postures and breath work , including gentle sun salutations, standing balance, core work, and seated flexibility poses, will allow your body to gain the great benefits of yoga. Great for beginners and more advanced students that can take the poses to their own level.
